I know, I know. I need a headshot. This is me in Reine, Lofoten, Norway sporting my Sony A7ii and wearing way too much Northface without a paid sponsorship to show for it.

I’m Amanda Pharis, graduating from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 2018. I have had the opportunity to work with many real-world businesses and clients that have supported my design education and pushed my career towards a data-driven marketing industry. My previous experience has allowed me to focus on marketing design and strategy in content-driven ecommerce. I’ve learned that data is the backbone of any successful design strategy and separates the decorators from the designers. My extra-curricular activities include long-distance backpacking with my red terrier, Juno, and taking over-exposed photos of the landscapes we hike.
Side gigs: I’m not a copywriter but I do enjoy a good headline. I’m not an illustrator (who was I kidding), but I can, will (and have) sketched all day. Not a photographer, but I have a photographer’s camera. I also hike when I can and I do my best with any of these things when I’m asked to.
